Welcome

Welcome

We are a 132-unit cooperative (with a few renters) in the heart of the historic Jackson Heights Garden District. Built in 1930 by the Queensboro Corporation, Fillmore Hall features graceful period detail in the marble-floored, stucco-walled lobby, but also the fruits of then-current technology – elevators. A newly planted garden in the central courtyard provides a contemplative getaway for residents with a stunning wooden pergola amid tasteful plantings.

The generously proportioned apartments offer great value in a central location just a block away from the lively commercial strip of 37th Avenue, and close to multiple subway and bus lines. The mix of historic charm and the diversity of shops and restaurants are unique even in a borough in which over 130 languages are spoken.
