Music Room: The music room is located in the basement on the 84th Street side across from the laundry room. It is soundproofed and equipped with a piano. Any other instrument would need to be supplied by the lessee. Please contact the managing agent if interested.
Storage: Storage units are located throughout the basement. Additional storage bins have recently been installed (currently, there is a waiting list). Please contact the managing agent if interested.
Bicycle Racks: Bicycle Racks are located in the basement. Please contact the managing agent if interested.
Laundry Room: The laundry room is located in the basement on the 84th Street side. It is equipped with card operated machines.
For your convenience there are two tables to fold your laundry and a seating area.
Hours of operation are: 7 days a week from 7:00am to 10:00pm (last wash starting at 8:00pm).

Library: Outside the laundry room you will find communal books and magazines.
